My mission: I want all beings to tap into their own innate healing and wellness possibilities.
While working as a trained doctor of physical therapy with an orthopedic specialty, I learned that my skills were in helping people heal their bodies in a physical way. Part of the work, we will do is uncovering any physical restrictions on your health and wellness as well as excavating other areas to improve for your optimal wellness. And so, after 18+ years of experience in physical therapy, I have seen the effects of people’s mind and how their individual spirits play a part in this self healing process and want to integrate other ways for you to achieve your best self.

As a level III, Certified Heroic Coach (founded by Brian Johnson) I have earned my certification by committing to daily fundamentals for optimal health and wellness. The fundamentals of eating, moving, sleeping, breathing, focusing, prospering (abundance in all forms), and celebrating ALL affect how we become and serve fully in our lives.
Movement meditation + yoga
With a 200 + hr yoga certification from the Samudra School for Living Yoga founded and run by Shiva Rea, I utilize my skills as a mittra (a guide) to discover and uncover energetic sources of strength and areas to be empowered. I do this by using Prana Flow movement meditation, yoga, and inter and intra personal dialogue about you.
